Supplier Certificates for Lab-Grown Diamond Sourcing
Understand the supplier certificate materials shared with AODHY and the checks a wholesale buyer should make before relying on them for a lab-grown diamond order.
Updated 2026-11-03 · AODHY WholesaleWhat the supplied document image shows
The supplier material shared with AODHY includes images labelled as quality-management and social-accountability certificates, a supplier assessment, a trade membership and an SGS test report. These are different document types, not interchangeable endorsements.
The image below is supplied reference material. We have not independently confirmed the current validity of every document from this composite image; request readable originals and current status for the supplier and selected item.

Read the named entity and scope
Match the company name, site address, issuer, certificate number and scope to the supply relationship you are evaluating. Check issue and expiry dates and ask about renewals when a displayed document is historical.
ISO explains that ISO 9001 certification concerns a quality-management system; it does not mean the product itself is certified. A membership document likewise should not be presented as an individual diamond grade.
Connect the documents to your purchase
For a lab-grown diamond enquiry, include the product ID and selected stone option, then ask which supplier documents apply. If you also need an individual stone report, specify that separately with the quotation request.
The product image is a catalogue design with stone alternatives. It does not establish that every available option is lab-grown diamond or that every stone includes a grading report.
Use the issuer’s verification route
Ask for complete, legible documents rather than only a promotional collage. For SGS-branded documents, SGS provides a document-verification service; its certified-client directory can also be used for applicable company certificates.
Keep the verified record, scope and date with your procurement file. Confirm any unresolved point before relying on the document in your own customer advertising.
