Bridal Ring Sets Wholesale: Plan Sizes & Matching Bands
Create a bridal ring purchasing list that distinguishes stone identity, ring-size system, centre ring, matching band and quantities by size.
Updated 2026-11-03 · AODHY WholesaleConfirm what the set includes
Ask for the included components to be named in the quotation. A photograph of two rings does not on its own define whether the price is for the complete set.
The cover shows a moissanite bridal design from the catalogue. For a lab-grown diamond request, specify that material separately and ask for a matching option; do not relabel the pictured moissanite as diamond.
Use one size system throughout
Write the size system with every requested size, such as US sizing, and ask the supplier to confirm the corresponding specification. Avoid mixing a number from one chart with another chart’s measurements.
For a fitted wedding band, ask about the relationship between the band and the centre setting. Request a sample or clear views of the paired design if alignment is central to your offer.
Order to your customers, not a guessed universal mix
Use your own enquiries and past sales to choose quantities by size. Separate a first trial assortment from confirmed customer orders. There is no single size mix that suits every retailer.
For custom or less common sizes, ask about feasibility and timing before promising a wedding-date delivery to your customer.
Make the approval record complete
Record product ID, included pieces, material, finish, size system and units per size. Ask for the final goods amount and freight to your destination.
Keep the approved specification with the order so a repeat purchase uses the same components. Any change to material or sizing should be confirmed before payment.
