Returns & refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact customer support with your order number before sending an item back. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after the request is reviewed.

Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Opened fragrance, used jewelry, damaged goods, and final-sale items are not eligible unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was defective or incorrect. Bank and card processing times vary after a refund is submitted.
