Ready-stock jewelry ships from available inventory. Only custom pieces follow the made-to-order schedule shown below. Track every fulfilled order from your order page.

Jewelry preorder terms

Production: 15–30 calendar days. Estimated arrival: 25–45 calendar days after order confirmation and lock, including production and shipping. Payment alone does not start this period.

For genuinely bespoke jewelry, voluntary change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not accepted after production starts. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. Contact support for defects, incorrect items or delivery problems. Other items retain their own return terms.

Visible before payment

The checkout summary shows the exact shipping charge before the customer submits payment.

Tracked delivery

Fulfilled orders can display the carrier, tracking number and tracking link.

The current store configuration accepts delivery addresses in the United States.

    Ready-stock items are prepared from available inventory. Custom pieces follow the production schedule shown on the product page.

    Tracking becomes available

    After the order is fulfilled, use the order number and email address to view shipment details.

Jewelry is available for tracked delivery to U.S. addresses. Ready-stock pieces are prepared from available inventory. Only items marked made to order follow the production and estimated arrival schedule shown on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Jewelry orders below $200 after discounts have a $45 shipping charge. Shipping is free when the jewelry subtotal after discounts is $200 or more. Shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment.

Tracking information is provided after fulfillment. Contact customer support with your order number if a package is delayed, damaged or missing. Existing orders remain covered by the terms agreed at checkout.
