How do I build an order?
Open a product, choose its specifications and quantity, and add it to your selection. Enter your delivery details when requesting a quotation.
What is the minimum order?
Bulk orders start at 10 units per product and specification. Different specifications do not combine to meet the minimum. Paid samples allow 1–2 units per specification.
How are prices and shipping confirmed?
Catalogue prices follow your display currency. The formal quotation and pro forma invoice confirm the payable currency and amount. Shipping is quoted separately.
Are products in stock?
Ready-stock products ship from available inventory. Only products marked made to order require production after confirmation. Confirm delivery timing with our team.
Why is my WhatsApp number not accepted?
